I've been a customer of Capital City Cycles since 2004ish. There has never been an encounter with the Sales team, Marshall, Brandon, Anthony or Gail that I've walked away from that didn't exceed my expectation. I'm a Business Owner here in SC and don't have the luxury of hanging out to close the deal, This has been a major parasite of "securing the deal" for me in the past because the Sellers want you in house to close the deal. However, this entire team (working like a finely synchronized machine) secures my details and vehicle of interest over the phone and calls once the deal is done. Many times I've arrived during a lunch break to sign and drive and load and be on my way with bike in tow with little to no impact on my customer appts. This is REAL Customer Service. A team that is DEICATED to a solid honorable experience with the Customer and reenforcing a business relationship that just might last 20 years or more. By the way, I've never has one bike EVER break down, EVER!!! I've never had one matter that wasn't addressed by either Marshall, Brandon or Gail directly to my helpful closure. (I'm not being paid to write this) CCC is by far SC's Leader in Customer Service and loyalty to all who desire to have a meaningful experience with your vehicle purchase. I just wish I remembered my Salesmans name so that I could give him a shoutout here.

The Lord has been very good to us all and I Thank Him for giving me Marshall, Brandon, Gail and Anthony as the Leaders of Great service, reliable salesmanship, honest negotiations and clear communication.
